Planning and Environmental Linkages Study
Project Overview
The Illinois Department of Transportation's (IDOT) IL 120 Planning and Environmental Linkages (PEL) Study will identify improvements and potential future investments for the corridor to improve safety and mobility and enhance economic opportunity, equity, and quality of life in the area.
The study area is generally the existing alignment of IL 120 (Belvidere Road) from west of IL 60 to east of Almond Road, approximately 9 miles.
